Bold Prints Do your office a favor and bring some of that bright sunshine indoors with bold prints and colors. As we head into spring, florals are an obvious choice but picking a tropical print motif in warm tones like yellow, orange or green is also on trend. If you prefer a softer look, then watercolor florals are the way to go.  Look for prints in woven or chiffon fabrics which are more fitted and the appearance is more elevated. To keep it casual pear your print with denim or a neutral sweater, over a printed woven dress.

Business Casual. The office dress code is casual, but you can aim for business casual. Trading out a pullover for a boucle jacket or a fitted blazer will still feel casual with denim but give you a more put together look. Switch out your blue denim with colored Capri denim or printed pants, like these The Audrey Ankle Pant - Houndstooth from New York and Company, and outfit with a blouse or fitted short sleeve sweater. If you get to sit down at work then trade out sneakers or flat shoes for a heel, wedge, or ankle boots. Heels will also help you look taller and help with posture. I like the Pasey Charles David pumps they are incredibly comfortable and come in three neutral colors.

Accessorize Jewelry, belts, and scarves can dramatically alter how an outfit looks. First, decide what style of accessories you enjoy wearing and make that your signature. We like jewelry that you don't have to take off and works on most occasions, like stackable rings, thin layering necklaces, and stud earrings. Kendra Scott is a good brand for finding both affordable and stylish jewelry. A nice silver watch is not as common on women anymore but always looks classy. My number one accessory of choice is an assortment of belts. They add style to any casual dress, keep your jeans up, and most importantly help to give a more defined waist.
