Step 1. Let's Talk About Your Ideal Style
First, we schedule a call. I want to know what your personal image goals are so I can come prepared with styling and organizational plans and recommendations. I'll ask questions like, "what is it that you want your wardrobe to say about you? and what items do you struggle to find?" I'll also request some pics of your closet so that I can see what we are working with.
This first step is essential because I want to set up an experience that is unique to you and your needs and deliver your ideal outcome. I also want you to start getting excited about this experience that is centered on creating your signature style and building a closet full of personal looks that confidently express who you are through what you wear. The week before I arrive you will get to do a series of daily fun exercises that will providing valuable fashion tips and tools that will forever change the way you get dressed, shop and show up to the world.
Step 2. Keep, Donate, Alter Or Sell
As soon as we show up my assistant takes all the “hanging”* clothes from your closet and organizes it by style on our rolling racks. You and I go through the pieces and together we decide if it fits your new signature style, wardrobe goals and current needs. If it doesn't, I come prepared with bags and supplies for sorting, and take care of all the donations, selling* and alterations*.
The fact is people only wear 20% of their clothes 80% of the time. I want you to love and wear everything you own 100% of the time. I help you finally let go of items that are cluttering your space, serve no purpose, and don't suit your new amazing self. How wonderful will it feel walking into a closet that feels lighter, easier to navigate and inspires you to get dressed?!
Step 3. Create Outfits & Merchandise the closet
With the items that remain I build ideal outfits based on your lifestyle. Whether that be work or weekday looks, casual weekend outfits, or special event attire. I show you how to style them in modern ways, give you tips on transitioning from day to night and maintaining them for years to come. I photograph ten of our favorite outfits and include styling notes. My assistant organizes the items back into your closet by style, colors, and outfits.

Step 4. Follow Up
After the Closet Stylist session, you will want to continue celebrating your new style. I'll be there for two weeks of ongoing styling support through texts and photos. Plus, I'll send over a shopping list of clothing recommendations based on what "classic" staples are missing and what needs to be replaced. You will also receive any profit from clothing sold and receipts from items donated.
